“I have not had to use my policy as of yet, otherwise I would rate them a 5. So based just on my experience with obtaining a policy and working with Brennan, that is why my rate is a 4.”

“Dejan at International Citizen's Insurance was just incredible! From start to finish, I couldn't have had a better customer service experience. I needed international insurance for an open-ended trip abroad, and when I was doing research on my own initially, the amount of insurance options was overwhelming and confusing. Dejan really helped me understand the differences and similarities between them all and answered all of my questions. “Bre Birmingham was exceptional. She was always professional, patient, and kind. She knew the policy well and when I had follow-up questions, she would re-confirm with the insurance agency the answers. After I received the policy, my address was incorrect, but I was able to contact her to confirm the change of address. I appreciated working with Bre Birmingham. She understood the importance of selecting the right health insurance and wasn't pushy.”
