“I'm very pleased with the service provided by International Citizens Insurance, and Chris Delgado in particular. Chris was responsive when I wanted to jump on a call to discuss my medical insurance options. We walked through my situation of needing bridging insurance between jobs to cover both in-country care and occasional trips back to the US, while not committing myself to a long-term contract. Chris is very knowledgable and was able to guide me to the plan that made the most sense for me. Thank you, Chris!”

“The whole process was simple and efficient. Dejan did a fantastic job walking me through my options and answering my questions. He was friendly, knowledgeable and responsive. “My broker was Dejan Lukic. He provided excellent support throughout the process of selecting a policy for individual global health insurance and even afterward when I had follow-up questions. He always repsonded rapidly and helpfully to my questions, and he stayed in touch even when I was slow in reviewing options and making a decision. I appreciate his integrity, which came through in many ways, including with his frank and honest advice about what was good value and what was not necessarily good value. I recommend him strongly.”

“Everyone knows that buying insurance policies is easier than receiving reimbursement of claims. But Bre Birmingham was the consummate intl insurance specialist. We targeted and dissected the one plan chosen from the plethora of intl insurance options. I’m a longtime traveller who does everything by himself. This time trusting a broker, their experience and familiarity with the jargon, made ultimate sense. Specifically being assured that International Citizens Insurance pledges to mediate and negotiate on my behalf should need arise. Individuals don’t have that power. Everyone knows that submitting insurance claims for intl travel ins coverage is not the travel experience anyone wants.”
