“I had an incredible expeirence with International Citizens Insurance. I moved across the world from the United States to Bali, a move where every single element of the move took 10x as long and was 10x more complicated than I could have ever imagined and the ONLY part of the move where the agency or company or person I dealt with communicated well, gave me all of the information and in a way I could understand how my decisions would impact my experience, was available when I had more questions, and generally just made the process unbelievably easy. My rep Brennan McDonnell was absolutely fantastic.”

“This insurance breaks down the cost and provides a great user experience by allowing me to select and choose from different combinations of coverage. This is especially super amazing because the rest of the providers just started bombarding me with calls with no details, and it felt like they were all trying to scam me. The transparency from International Citizens Insurance helped me pick out the best plan according to the stage of my life I am in right now. P.S. Brennan was a great advisor. He understood my requirement and suggested the policy that made the most sense to me. He made the onboarding super smooth as well, I am going to recommend him to anyone who asks me.”

“I would highly recommend connecting with International Citizens Insurance for all of your expat/nomadic healthcare needs. It's my first time getting health insurance coverage not provided by my employer, and the world of insurance can be so confusing. I got connected with Brennan and he took the time to explain the different options available to me and guided me through the application process. Even after getting coverage, he has still offered to remain in a supportive/advocacy role for me, and I can't express how reassuring that is while I embark on a crazy adventure around areas of the world I've never visited before. Speaking with a health insurance representative who understands the US perspective and lingo and can help walk you through it takes all the stress away. To anyone looking to get global health insurance, just start here with International Citizens Insurance and you'll be glad you did!”

“Excellent service! In the beginning when I requesting a free insurance quote online via the website, I was overwhelmed with emails. However, Carolina W. (Insurance Specialist) raached out to me right away and arranged a phone call to talk through the information which was incredibly helpful. The ICI staff were prompt, thorough, and professional with responding to email/ phone follow-up inquiries. The ICI staff helped make the process of selecting a health plan and filling out the applications streamlined and straightforward.”

“I have not used the insurance yet as I'm not moving internationally for another month. Both Will and James were easy to work with and called when they said they would. It was disconcerting not to see everything printed out, but they answered questions consistently. I am looking forward the insurance being as easy to use as it was to buy.”

“I had a great experience. Carolina Wolfe was my contact person. She was very responsive, thorough, and detailed. She was able to answer all my questions and provided me with things to think about, so that at our second meeting, I was well-prepared. Her follow-up is terrific. When it came time to sign up for my policy, Carolina made it extremely easy. I found the process to be efficient and productive. There was no back and forth; she was able to collect all the necessary information to get my policy in place quickly and efficiently. The interactions gave me a lot of confidence in what can be a very complicated and confusing process. I highly recommend International Citizens Insurance, and if you're fortunate, you'll also have the opportunity to meet Carolina.”
