“Until now I've had no issues with International Drug Mart for over 2 1/2 years. However I recently placed an order on 8/13/26 and was told the order would be on hold indefinitely while their billing system was down. I finally received an approval to have the medications shipped and then I could make payment once their system was operational again. The pills supposedly shipped on 8/19/26 but as of 9/4/26 the 'tracking number' I was given doesn't exist on any of their tracking sites, including the USPS site. I'm only told every time I contact them to "wait another 2 days", but I've now waited 14 days. IDM refuses to respond to my emails and they refuse to do anything on their end to resolve the issue. Very poor customer service after these years.”
