“This is the second time we have used your service for a transfer from London to Dover. Driver picked us up at our hotel promptly at designated time and was most accommodating during our journey. Will definitely use your service in the future.”

“Everything about our experience with International Friends was positive. Online booking/payment was easy, our driver, Brian, was lovely, and we enjoyed the option of visiting Dover Castle upon arrival in Dover. The cost was very reasonable, the trip was comfortable, and we'd certainly recommend this service to others.”

“Your service was great!\n\nWe used International Friends for the first time a couple of years ago went we visited London and needed a transfer to the Southampton cruise port.\nWe were treated very well and the the transfer (which included a stop at Stonehenge) was on time, the driver was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.\n\nOur transfer this time was just as smooth and the service was as before. No complaints. The representatives and driver (Kevin) at the cruise terminal were very helpful, friendly and willing to help with smiles on there faces.\nI apologize for ot remembering the names of the other people involved but they did introduce themselves.\n\nPrior to leaving home I had some questions about specifics regarding our transfers and had to make some changes to some. These questions and requests were conducted from the USA via email to which we always received at prompt and friendly response. This allayed our fears about any problems we may encounter and we could relax and not worry about our transfers.\n(***) :) \n\nI would (and have) recommended your service to others without reservation\n\nCheers,\n*** and ***\n”

“Our transfer from Southampton to our hotel via Salisbury, Stonehenge, and Windsor Castle went perfectly. Our guide was knowledgeable and easy to understand. We had sufficient time at each location and the transfer to a smaller van for drop off at our hotel went smoothly. Definitely will recommend your services to my friends.”

“The tour was excellent with the driver Tony providing an in depth knowledge of the places visited\n\nThe only drawback was that proper information and assistance was not provided to passengers who were elderly and were unable to participate in strenuous physical activities like climbing up steep stairs and slopes.”

“The tour was excellent and I will not hesitate to book another when we cruise next year.\n\nThe tour guide was well organized and provided great information. When we were early for Salisbury Cathedral, *** took us on a tour of the town and also showed us another smaller very interesting church.\n\nThe bus driver was also excellent. There was an unexpected road closure and he didn't hesitate to find an alternate route from Stonehenge to Windsor in order for us to maximize our time.\n\nAlso at the end of the tour, they split the group into 2 in order to get us to our hotels quickly.\n\nYou should be very proud of these 2 employees as they are outstanding ambassadors for International Friends.”

“Was hard to understand the upgrading procedure for staying at the hotel. I wanted a private room for a married couple and didn't understand if it would cost *** more per person which ended up being an additional *** on the cost. which is what we ended up doing. That seemed like a lot.”

“I really appreciated the information that our tour guide shared during the trip. Apart from Bath itself, that was the best part of the tour.\n\nMy only complaint is about the lack of options for the pub lunch. It should be stated in the website that there is only one option. I also didn't find the restaurant staff accommodating, nor did they seem glad they had customers. The staff's attitude unfortunately can not outweigh the place's history/uniqueness/ambience.”

“Our experienced Driver for the day that picked us up at the Dover Cruise terminal was excellent. \nWe spent a full day touring Salisbury, and the Windsor Castle with a drop off in Heathrow in the evening.\nAbsolutely great day.”

“i was very happy with the service my husband and I received. The driver was waiting for us when we got off the ship, and he was a safe and very good driver. As a bonus, we met some nice people that we shared a ride with, so it was a pleasant journey”

“Our guide and our driver where perfect.\nWhen arriving at the meeting point we where not sure if it is correct. A sign on site or a map with the specific point sent by e-mail with the confirmation of tickets would help.”

“Toward the end of our cruise, we went online to see if there were any day tours to take us from Southampton to Heathrow. Our Google search took us to International Friends and we booked online. We are so happy we did!\nOur tour guide *** was amazing. She met us outside the terminal and guided us to Ricardo who was our driver and loaded our luggage for us. Once on the drive she was the perfect guide as she explained our tours to Salisbury, Stonehenge and Windsor. At the end of the day we were met by *** we took us directly to our hotel at Heathrow. \nThank you ***, *** and *** for making our trip so wonderful. Thank you for your warm hospitality!”
