“We took an International Friends tour from the Cruise Port in Southampton to our Hotel at Heathrow. We stopped at Salisbury Cathedral, Stonehenge, and Windsor Castle. Our guide was very clear on timing and very organized. They actually drop you off exactly at your hotel. We had 53 people on our bus and they did a good job getting everyone where they needed to be. We felt a little rushed at Stonehenge as we only had 90 min there and we spent 60 of those minutes waiting for the shuttles to take us out to and back from the Stones - and since there was no designate time/stop for lunch (the guide was very clear about this) this was one place we could get food and it just felt rushed. Given everyone was just going to hotels (not getting on flights) I felt this tour could be extended to have more time if the places stopped were very busy. Maybe it is because we left at 9am instead of 8am because of the confusion when when our ship arrived. For a big bus tour this was good experience.”

“Guides are absolutely superb with no only extensive knowledge about the sites included in the tour, but also in depth understanding of history, culture, geology and real estate! This was our 12th trip to England and our 3rd experience with International Friends. Had I known of IF earlier I would have only and always booked with them. International Friends exceeds expectations in every respect and is far superior to better know, longer established tour companies.”

“Great tour. Not much to improve. The tour guide was especially knowledgeable and wonderful.\n\nUnfortunately I forgot the guide's name - I left my phone in the lady's bathroom and was panicking when I couldn't find it. He was great enough to help me find it through security. He is the BEST! I believe you can find out who the tour guide is through my e-ticket (***).”

“Our tour of Winchester, Stonehenge and Glastonbury was fantastic. *** was an entertaining and extremely well-informed guide, who took extra time with anyone who had questions. We visited Winchester, Stonehenge and Glastonbury and during the drive to each, *** would tell us key details about what we would see when we arrived at each location. Once we got there, we were free to see what we would like on our own. The small tour size was perfect (~14 people) and we had absolutely no issues with queues, waiting or crowds. We loved our experience with International Friends and *** and highly recommend this company to anyone planning to visit!!”

“Great service. They were at the boat terminal, at the time promised, the three tours were very organized and interesting. Drop off at our hotel was great and they even helped us the half a block to our hotel with all our cases.”

“Our experience from pick up at the hotel, tour to Stonehenge, and drop off to our cruise ship was flawless. If we are ever in a situation we can use International Friends service again, we will in a heartbeat! Thank you!!”

“Had a wonderful day. It started out not so well because we were told to be at Bus by 8:15 and we didn't leave until almost 10. There was a disconnect somewhere. *** was excellent as our tour guide. And our driver *** was very good as well. We realize with three stops there's limited time at each stop, it that's logistics. Was dropped off at hotel which we appreciated. Overall, it was excellent.”

“There was a slight disturbance concerning the passenger list resulting in a rather lengthy bickering amongst the drivers/guide as to which passengers should be on which bus, which didnt give a very good impression, but apart from that the tour was lovely, the driver cheerful and skilled and the guide knowledable. I totally enjoyed the tour and would recommend it to anybody.”

“Our tour of Salisbury, Stonhenge, and Avebury was fantastic! Oz, our guide, is very knowledgeable and it was really great to have him show us around. We got to take routes that no large bus would ever be able to take through the beautiful countryside. I'm not normally one for guided tours, but I would absolutely tour with International Friends again, no question. \n\nAs much as we enjoyed the sights and information, the lovely drive alone was enough to make us desire to return to England again and again. The driver, a very pleasant Jamaican fellow, was a great part of the day as well.”

“We were a bit worried as our Private Transfer from London TO Southampton with 2 hrs in Stonehenge with a different driver(not tour guide) barely had enough room to cram in all of our luggage and had no commentary - understandable as that's what we hired. In contrast, had David as a guide for Private Transfer and Tour from Southampton to London with quick stop in Salisbury and then Bath and Cotswolds. *** did an excellent job of advising as well as guiding and even fit in additional commentary on Avesbury stones that we happened to pass on the way into London. Dealt with unexpected bad traffic in Bath and revised the itinerary a couple of times on the fly to get the best day in. VW Van was new, spacious for 7 passengers and all of our luggage. *** is very knowledgeable and experienced guide - as good as it gets! Thanks for a great day!”

“we had a great time the tour guide was great and had a great sense of humour name was trevor\nunfortunately it poured at Windsor but at Bath and Stonehenge it was beautiful sunshine.\nmy only comment was that there wasn,t enough time to spend at each place so one could really look around, maybe it would be better to do 2 places in a day, say just Bath and Stonehenge however we had a great day, and would book again with International Friends, thank you again for a wonderful experience”

“I thought the tour to Oxford and Warner Brothers studio was excellent! our guide and driver (***) were fantastic! they were knowledgeable and professional. The bus was new and clean. It was easy to meet up with the tour in the morning. They kept to the time schedule and would highly recommend this tour!”
