I was happy with efficiency of the tour, respecting the attendees' time, and the information included.

We were very pleased with our entire day with you. It was very well organized, things stayed on time and we were able to see Salisbury, Stone Henge and Windsor, all with plenty of time. Our guide was friendly, knowledgeable, and very good. Yes, we will certainly use you again!

Great company and had great drivers who went the extra mile to make the ride comfortable. New well cared for vans were a plus. Picking up another couple took quite a while before leaving London and taking a couple to the airport before going to Central London also took quite a while but understand to keep the price low it is a necessary procedure. Would certainly use them again. The return driver spoke very good English and pointed out interesting sights along the way.

We used International Friends 3 times during our trip to London. Twice to get to and from the train to our cruise ship in Southampton and back Once to get from our hotel to Heathrow Drivers arrived early, handled our luggage, and were very professional. It was extremely helpful to have a phone number to call in case we did not find our driver. We had to use the number at St. Pancras Train station. We highly recommend this quality company. Rates were competitive, and better than a cab. We felt safe and arrived as promised. Thank you.

I could not easily find the tour guide when arrived in Southampton. Others had signs. It would be nice to know what to expect prior to arriving at Stonehenge and Windsor Castle (i.e. audio tour provided and recommended things to see).

The tour covered a great deal of history and geography but never felt rushed. The free time in Canterbury and Leeds Castle was ideal. The guide was friendly and knowledgeable. This is my second tour with you and I have recommended you to others.

Our driver, ***, did an excellent job. He was very entertaining and kept us on time. IHe is a pro at driving the bus and parking it in tight spaces. We did everything listed on the tour. The Fish & Chip lunch was delicious and because *** had called ahead and ordered for us, it was ready to serve when we walked in the door. The timing seemed appropriate and we were back in due time. I would have liked to explore each little village but that would have taken weeks! I truly got a feel for the Cotswolds and enjoyed the tour very much.

Our tour guide, ***, was excellent! He was kind, friendly, warm, knowledgeable, and funny. Our only complaint was with the itinerary of the tour. We felt that we needed much more time at the Harry Potter Studio tour. We had 3.5 hours total. We spent about 2.5 hours in the first soundstage (and we didn't even get to participate in everything offered). We rushed through lunch in under 30 minutes and basically had to run through the outside sets (not getting to go into any of them) and the second soundstage. Harry Potter fans will want to see everything available and try everything offered. \n\nOxford was great, but many of the sites were closed by the time we got there. It seems you would need much more time in Oxford as well, to cover everything. We would recommend separating the tours into two days to get the most out of each of them.

Excellent tour, with enough time to see each of the attractions. Excellent commentary prepared us for what we saw. Good value, loved that it was a small bus with only 15 passengers.

With improvement in mind, I can only recommend to let people know that they may want warner clothing in the Edinburgh. Even though we could look up the weather forecast before our trip, the winds made a big difference in how cold it felt. Plus the Loch Ness and Highlands were significantly cooler in temperature than Edinburgh. Thankfully, there were many places we could purchase scarves and hats.\n\n***, the tour guide, was absolutely wonderful! His historical knowledge and wit made the tour very informative and entertaining. He went above and beyond expectations with his patience with all of the guests. There was a family who was late and missed the train out of London. As a result, they missed the 2-hour bus tour around Edinburgh. That evening, *** gave them a special walking tour of the area (also open to anyone else who wanted to participate). We joined that walking tour and thoroughly enjoyed it.\n\n***, our Scottish bus driver, was fantastic! His driving skills are amazing. He drove the coach through hills and turns and kept us entertained with the history of the area, all at the same time. \n\n*** and *** really made the trip fantastic! Thank you for such a wonderful tour! I would definitely recommend this tour.\n\nBelow is the review I left on ***:\n\nMy friend and I decided to book a girls weekend trip to Edinburgh, with the added day trip to Loch Ness and the Highlands. What an amazing weekend! *** was our fantastic tour guide. Once on the train, he made sure that everyone had his phone number and the 3-day itinerary. Once on the tour bus in Edinburgh, *** gave a wonderful history of all of the buildings, monuments, and points of interest. He is so knowledgeable that we were not at all surprised to find out that his college degree is in history! After a 2-hour bus tour of Edinburgh highlights, we checked into our guest house and had several hours free to roam Edinburgh on our own. \n\nThe Loch Ness and Highlands day trip was wonderful! ***, our Scottish bus driver, kept us entertained and laughing as he told us about all of the sites we passed and the places we would stop. \n\nOn the 3rd day, we had the entire morning to tour more on our own or meet up with the group. *** took us up to Calton Hill and told us some very interesting history, then we were able to photograph breathtaking views of the city and the North Sea. We also opted to tour Edinburgh Castle, which I highly recommend. \n\nFor anyone wanting a special family crest (for any last name, not just Scottish), the Tartan Weaving Mill is located right next to the entrance to Edinburgh Castle. \n\nThe temperatures in Edinburgh get rather chilly, so be sure to check the weather forecast before you pack. \n\nWe very much enjoyed our weekend trip with International Friends. I highly recommend this tour!

Our bus trip from our Heathrow Hotel to our cruise in Southampton couldn't have been better! The option to go to Stonehenge on the way was delightful. The bus took us right to our terminal and helped with our luggage. I highly recommend this!
