“Hello I cancelled my trip because a hurracan destroyed puerto rico and internatinal flights were cancelled by British airways. We cont go to the cruise. How can I ask for the return of my money or a boucher for my next trip? When things goes back to normality we are going to do the trip. Thanks very much.”

“I would highly recommend this service to anyone. We were pleased with the entire trip. We were greeted at our London hotel by a very sweet representative that escorted us to the coach. Our visit to Stonehenge was awesome! The remainder of the trip was awesome! Thanks again for your courteous and professional staff!”

“The entire trip was handled very professionally and friendly. Pick-up was on time, we were given plenty of time at each stop, and Debbie our guide was informative and energetic. The coach was very comfortable. All considered, this was a very pleasant day.”

“We had returned to London after a 14 day cruise. We took a tour in every port. Of all the tours the Churchilll's War Rooms was our favorite. *** was an outstanding guide. He gave us a wealth of information. (We were able to hear every word with the aid of the audio sets.) It was easy to keep up with him because of his flag.\nWe would highly recommend this tour!”

“The driver should make it clear that he is going to only drive past a,site rather than stop. For example, I didn't take pictures of Ann Hathaways cottage because I thought that we were going to go inside. So the bus sped off before I could take a,picture. If we are not going to stop in and,visit a,site, then at least stop the bus for a minute or two so that we can take pictures from the "still" bus. \n\nOther than that, our driver was great and,I would definitely do the same trip again.”

“Every thing went as planned. The driver and team were waiting on us when we got off the ship 1 hour early. The driver was very competent and the tour guide was very knowledgeable. I would definitely use this company again.”

“The tour offered when we docked at Southampton was a godsend. Transportation, some wonderful sites to see in great comfort with a knowledgeable guide plus door service to our London hotel. Doesn't get any better and the price was more than reasonable. Two very happy travelers.”

“The transfer plus excursion is an execellent idea. Our guide was knowledgeable about the venue and helpful with the transfer. It was also a good price point. The Cruise Ship doesnâ€™t offer anything like this. We came across this transfer via the London Guide. Too bad it wasnâ€™t listed in Viator or Trip Advisor. You will get more customers by doing so. Overall, we were very satisfied with the excursion and transfer to our London Hotel.”
