“The booking of the trip was easy. and assuring. Meeting up with your Agents in Southampton was well organized, BUT your driver *** was a total and very very pleasant ambassador for your Organization. He was very helpful and professional. Thanks”

“I experienced an excellent level of service in getting myself between my hotel in London and Southhampton. The driver, car and conversation were most courteous. \n\nI had been informed that my pickup would be delayed for a further half hour but the driver had not been informed so I was not ready when he arrived.\n\nHowever, I did manage to get to the car albeit a bit late.”

“Everything was perfect from the door greasing to the efficient transfer to Heathrow. Will use Int'l Friends again. We were out of the cruise port long before any of the mega busses left.”

“We got picked up right at the pier from our cruise as promised. The tour was fantastic and then dropped us right off at our Heathrow hotel. Everything went as smooth as silk and everything was just as advertised. I highly recommend taking this tour for a lot more service than the cruise ships offer and at a far better price. Our guide was very informative and helpful the entire tour.”

“Was hard to understand the upgrading procedure for staying at the hotel. I wanted a private room for a married couple and didn't understand if it would cost *** more per person which ended up being an additional *** on the cost. which is what we ended up doing. That seemed like a lot.”

“The tour was fantastic, mainly because of the host Rob, and the fact that it was such a small tour. I'm so sick of 30-40-50 people tours, I'd rather pay more for a small tour like this... well done.. weather was not ideal but enjoyed it a lot”

“We were extremely pleased with the service given. We transferred from our London hotel to Dover and then returned after our cruise. Both drivers were friendly and courteous, knowledgeable regarding the transport routes. Pickup was as promised. We would not hesitate recommending this company to others and would certainly use it again.”

“It was very precious day, joining this Downton abbey filming place tour, could have very pleasant guide *** , who knows really well and good at *** voice and talking! \nThe coach bus was also very relaxing and spacy, \nthough I didnt use it but it was also with the toilet, \nand if you have the long usb code, you can charge the phone, I think you had better to add this point, as one of the advantage of the bus facilities.\nIf you like Downton abbey, I do recommend this tour to join.”

“It was a great day overall. Although it was a full day, we didn't leave any site feeling like we needed a lot more time. *** did a fantastic job as our tour guide, providing lots of history and background for what we were about to see. After Windsor Castle, they broke us into small groups for transfer to London hotels, which got us there hours earlier than if we had to wait for a full coach to do 20 drop-offs. \n\nMy only complaint was that the driver on the transfer to London drove too fast. My wife and I were both uncomfortable on that trip.”

“This is the second time we have used your service for a transfer from London to Dover. Driver picked us up at our hotel promptly at designated time and was most accommodating during our journey. Will definitely use your service in the future.”
