“Through your company I was able to take the tour of Stonehenge/Bath/Lacock. It was an amazing experience made especially so by our guide who was extremely interesting and knowledgeable. I appreciate that you contacted me for additional needs. One friend and myself needed extra consideration because we are handicapped. Thank you for all you did. I will definitely recommend your company to my friends.”

“We had a very enjoyable tour with International Friends. We were picked up promptly in Southamptom after our cruise for an all day tour to Bath and Windsor. Our guide Basil was excellent. Well spoken, very knowledgable about the hsitory of Bath and Windsor and enthusiastic about sharing his knowledge. This was a wonderful choice to leave the ship, go on a tour and then be delivered safely to our London hotel.”

“This company is wonderful! I forgot that I had booked online and paid for a ride from Southampton to London with this company. So when I booked the same ride a second time online, I received a phone call from the company telling me that it looks like I had made a mistake and they want to refund my second booking. Honest people! The ride was on time, the van was clean and comfortable, and the driver was courteous. I will definitely use this company again if I have the opportunity to do so.”

“This was a great transportation service from Southampton Cruise Port directly to our hotel in London. The driver met us as we came out of the terminal & directed us to wait until he brought the vehicle to load our luggage. He was very nice, professional, helpful with tips for London and got us to our destination. Very reliable service.”

“2 comments: 1) safety box in room at Copthorne Tara hotel was basically at floor level instead of at eye level which made it difficult to use. 2) very unclear where to go at Victoria Coach Station for the Welcome to London day tour (International Friends not identified - it was another operator)”

“Very friendly, accommodating and delightful staff; Basel (sorry if wrong spelling), the guide, was funny but knowledgeable. Roberto the driver, very helpful and attentive to the needs of the customers. Overall a very enjoyable and delightful tour experience with International Friends. The vehicle was comfortable and new too. Well done, keep doing what you are doing. Thank you.”

“Trip to Highclere Castle and filming locations was very good. Guide was very entertaining and knowledgeable. Suggestion: have a little trivia quiz about Downton Abbey and give a prize to person who answers most questions correctly. Bus was comfortable. Would have liked more time to spend walking about Highclere Castle estate.”

“Wife and I did 4 day pre-cruise London package. First time visitors. Stayed 3 nights at Copthorne Tara. No complaints, good location. Included London tour allowed seeing major sights without having to navigate on our own. Transferred to Southampton with stop at Stonehenge. Worth the extra pounds. One more off bucket list. Only negative was that the 30 minutes for pickup at Heathrow did not provide for time to get through customs. It took us almost an hour making it a little hectic to meet up the driver. (Somehow, we had to pay for the extra time for parking?) Overall experience was very good! Way easier than planning ourselves. I would use International Friends again!”

“We took the tour from Southampton port to London by way of Salisbury, Stone Henge, and Windsor Castle. We were delighted to have Rob as the tour guide. He was wonderful. He made sure that we had adequate information and time at each location and never lost anyone along the way. I was unfamiliar with International's Friends prior to booking this tour and I was overjoyed with this tour. I highly recommend this tour company and especially Rob although the entire crew was very organized and friendly. Thank you Rob, you were tremendous.”

“We used International Friends to transfer from a Heathrow hotel to the Southampton pier. We were picked up and dropped off on time. The van was immaculate and comfortable and the driver was very friendly. I highly recommend this service.”

“Pickup at the cruise terminal was on time and hassle free. Guide and driver were pleasant and knowledgable sharing interesting tidbits of information during the drive and tour. At the end of the day we were dropped off at our hotel at Heathrow, a very convenient and enjoyable way to get from Southampton to London.”

“We used International Friends to get from our AirBnB in Fulham, London to Gatwick Airport. Our driver was on time, very friendly, and professional. There was some road work on the fastest route, but he was familiar with the situation and avoided it by taking us on a different route. We would definitely use the service again.”
