“It was very easy to book with this company and the tour was very good. Meeting point was easy to find but we left a few minutes late because we had to wait for 2 people who ended up not showing up at all. Harry Potter was fabulous and the tour in Oxford was very well put together. The guide obviously knew his stuff! My one complaint is that we made it to Oxford too late to see Christ Church, which was one of the main reasons I wanted to go to Oxford. But, overall, it was a great day.”

“Our experience from pick up at the hotel, tour to Stonehenge, and drop off to our cruise ship was flawless. If we are ever in a situation we can use International Friends service again, we will in a heartbeat! Thank you!!”

“We were very happy with the experience overall and would recommend it to others. Our only suggestion would be to create an option where only 2 destinations were visited instead of 3, but more time was given to spend at each location. Specifically, we were happy with the amount of time given to us to spend at Stonehenge, but we would have preferred to explore Windsor a bit more. Visiting 3 locations in a day made this difficult, but would have worked if we had skipped the Roman Baths. Also, we liked our tour guide ***. He was very knowledgeable and friendly.”

“I would highly recommend this service to anyone. We were pleased with the entire trip. We were greeted at our London hotel by a very sweet representative that escorted us to the coach. Our visit to Stonehenge was awesome! The remainder of the trip was awesome! Thanks again for your courteous and professional staff!”

“The Downton Abbey filming locations small group tour was a day to remember. The day started with a driver who picked us up at one of the four convienent locations around London. The bus was so comfortable. The small group made the tour special and personalized. Our tour guide Debbie was wonderful. She took the time to talk to each one of us. She was funny and entertaining as well as informative about Downton Abbey and the villages, farm and Highclere castle. It was a most enjoyable day. I highly recommend this tour!”

“We were asked to have lunch at harry potter studio but the options for vegetarian lunch were very limited. Consequently we had to go for lunch in Oxford immediately after reaching there. Because of this we missed the entire oxford walking tour. There could have been better planning and scheduling. Also you should have informed about limited food availability so we could have carried packed lunches along with us.”

“Everything was perfect from the door greasing to the efficient transfer to Heathrow. Will use Int'l Friends again. We were out of the cruise port long before any of the mega busses left.”

“Excellent tour guide, driver, itinerary, wifi.\nThe drop off at our specific hotel, along with the transfer from our ship made this excursion a very good value.\n\nWe only wish we had more time to spend in each of our three stops: Salisbury, Stonehenge, and Windsor Castle.\nHowever, we full well know that fitting all three into one day made more time impossible.\n\nThank you!”

“We were very excited to be able to see Stonehenge on the way to our cruise ship. With one exception, you were efficient. The problem was the pickup and getting on our way to Stonehenge. We were collected at 7:15 am in a minivan, and taken to meet the bus. \n\nThe bus was a little late, but there we met another group in another minivan.\n\nBut then, we headed from Westminster over to the Heathrow airport area, and stopped at, as I recall, 4 or 5 more hotels to pick up a few people at each stop. As a result, we didn't even start heading to Stonehenge until about ten am. \n\nSee where I'm going with this?\n\nYou made us feel like cattle. Just herded around. My wife and I kept asking ourselves, why didn't you send out another minivan or two, collect the Heathrow customers more efficiently, and get us to Stonehenge earlier? Because of these delays, we were quite late getting to the site, and while we were able to see the stones, there was certainly no time to get anything to eat/drink or spend any time in the exhibits at the visitor center. And we only got to the ship with about 40 minutes to spare.\n\nHopefully, this was just an unusual morning for you, but it seemed awfully disorganized and very poorly utilized my time with you.\n\nWe did love seeing Stonehenge, and loved our cruise, and our couple of days in London prior to our bus trip with you.\n\nThanks,\n\n***”

“I highly recommend this tour. The driver was prompt, and very courteous. We were able to avoid the long line to obtain tickets and have more time to tour Stonehenge.\nUsing this service allowed us to have a wonderful visit to Stonehenge and arrive at the cruise port in time to board our cruise ship. A great start to our trip!”

“I purchased a transfer from London to Southampton cruise port by way of Stonehenge. I was a little concerned about purchasing a transfer online and not speaking with anyone direct. This service was outstanding, everything went smoothly from the booking procedure to the drop off at the pier. The response time on my email questions/concerns was amazing. ( My hotel wasn't on the list of hotel pick up sites but they were able to accommodated my request.)\nThe driver arrived at our hotel right on time and was very friendly. The amount of time at Stonehenge was perfect (Plenty of time to enjoy the stop) We arrived at the port in perfect time. \nIf you are looking for prompt, reliable & friendly service I would highly recommend this company. I will be using them again in the future.”
