“So glad I found this company n the web. I had a fantastic experience on my tour of Salisbury Cathedral, Stonehenge, and Windsor Castle from Southampton, England after my cruise. Was dropped off on time at my terminal in Heathrow as planned. Booked on the web and everything went so smoothly.”

“I was absolutely satisfied and most impressed with the service that was provided. The only thing that may be of help to you is that I had some wrong perceptions about what to expect based on feed back that I read on Trip Advisor. Someone had written that they booked a tour through you and had not had a reply/ not heard back and they were concerned and asked for feedback from others about the reliability or existence of the service. I will try and do a Trip Advisor review and give you full compliments but there does seem to be some confusion on your name with the London Toolkit, International Friends, and I think people get confused as to who you are and then lack confidence. I hope that is helpful as I think the service we received was just fantastic thank you. ***”

“We had a great tour. Will was a great tour leader and we really enjoyed our time. The smaller tour is ideal because you have more of an opportunity to ask questions and get a personalized guide. We went to Lacock, Baths and Stonehenge. I would have loved to spend more time in Lacock, it was such a special little town. When we return, we will be booking again! Thank you!!”

“Everything worked as advertised, ad I feel you went out of your way tog et us at our hotel. I certainly wasn't your fault it rained the whole time we were at Stonehenge! While on the bus, my traveling companion scraped her shin on the foot rest attached to the seat in front sufficient to cause bleeding. Your attendant was very solicitous, but the first aid kit on the bus was sorely lacking in antiseptics and the variety of bandages available. Frankly, it looked like it hadn't been opened in some time.”

“A great moment for a private tour. \nWe designed our tour with the advices of International Friends. Everything was scheduled and the driver, who was a part of this great moment, respected the agenda. He was some good company and also gave us some anecdotes.\nWe greatly recommend International Friends for a tour in England.”

“The instructions we received stated the driver would come into the lobby of our hotel with a sign during a set time frame. We were there waiting and no one every came inside. We went outside and there was a man, no sign and he was upset since he had been waiting on us for 15 minutes. The instructions need to be clear. It was frustrating for the driver and us.\nThe trip and transportation was wonderful. The pick up just needed to work out as explained in our instructions.”

“Regarding our London transfer to Dover via the Dover castle, I believe that our visit to the Dover castle could have been longer. The driver appeared to be in a hurry and he delivered us to the cruise ship early.\n\nRegarding our Dover transfer to London via Canterbury and Leeds Castle, this was a GREAT tour! Loved it! I highly recommend this tour.\n\n”

“My friends and I recently travelled with International Friends on two occasions. The first was for a transfer from our hotel in London to cruise port in Southampton. The second occasion was transfer from Southampton to Heathrow airport, via Salisbury, Stonehenge and Windsor. On both occasions we found procedures ran very smoothly and would not hesitate to recommend the service to other travellers. The guide and drivers were all well informed, efficient and courteous to all travellers.”

“We love Downton Abbey and enjoyed seeing the locations where many scenes were filmed. Our only complaint is that we were #15 and #16 on a bus that is very comfortable for 15. We could not sit together unless both of us chose to sit in the rear seat with no recline at all and no window (we took turns on the rear row, as there was one single seat available elsewhere). For the price of this tour, I believe it would be wise to consider 15 a "sellout". We felt "second class" even though we booked months earlier and paid full fee.”

“The guide "***" well took care of us.\nIt is good to split customer into small group at Oxford. It would be great if the guide told how different of this 2 groups e.g one group will enter Christ church, another enter college. The coach had a problem while travelling back London. I felt not safety.”
