I paid the yearly subscription on 1 March 2025. My account was not updated so I had no membership benefits. I sent 6 messsges to their help service and even the press relations and got no answer. After 10 days contacted Apple to get a refund. A complete waste of time and the worst customer service - non existent.

I cancelled my membership. A year later, a large automatic charge for membership goes through. When I emailed for a refund they said, there is no account registered to that email so they can't help me! They have not responded to any emails pointing out the circular logic of their response and requesting they return the money they they helped themselves to. Extremely poor customer service. I recommend you avoid this company!
