I cancelled my membership. A year later, a large automatic charge for membership goes through. When I emailed for a refund they said, there is no account registered to that email so they can't help me! They have not responded to any emails pointing out the circular logic of their response and requesting they return the money they they helped themselves to. Extremely poor customer service. I recommend you avoid this company!

I cancelled trial period on the last day of the free trial but was still charged for the year, and a refund was refused.

In it, they knowingly reach out to customers via email only AFTER the payment is due, claim they can’t process refunds, and, if you refuse payment due to this bad-faith practice, they threaten you with debt collectors.
