“I received a partial refund before my order arrived with no explanation as to which of the items ordered would not be arriving. The goods arrived relatively quickly, looked like they do on the site and were undamaged however the package was missing two of the items requested. I would happily rate this site higher if they sorted out their methods of customer contact to ensure greater clarity in situations where a partial refund is required.”
