“ordered two things from them in a first order,forgot to use my 10% off as well,only recieved 1 item,took me three messages and an email to get a response which just said i should have recieved it by now so we will send a refund.sloppy customer service im sorry to say.”

“Did not receive delivery prior to Christmas, which whilst ordered by the deadline for Christmas delivery this is not entirely IGS fault. But I have had no response to enquiry about returns policy and procedure (as this is outside of returns window due to slow delivery) by email, and the phone just rings after trying to call.”

“I have called and sent 3 emails in the past 2 day to let you know that I have not received my items - I have had no one answer the phone or any response from my emails - once this is sorted out I will write a review based on the service I have received since Please contact me - these were Christmas gifts order on 17th dispatched on 18th and I still have not got them :( My items have arrived I had to pick it up from the post office on 31st 14 days after order - if I had had an explanation or an unable to deliver message maybe this would have been acceptable - however nothing - no response - no apologise”

“Order was placed on a Tuesday before the cut-off for next day delivery on the Wednesday but was dispatched by first class mail, not courier as selected and paid for, and didn't arrive until the following Monday. Very disappointing!”

“At the top of the website does it say "free delivery on all orders over £35" and my order was £39.99 but I didn't get any free shipping at all, I charged £15.00 for the shipping. If this free shipping only are granted UK citizens that order for more than £35, then it should so. It would have been only fair that www.internetgiftstore.com will take some responsibility and atone for misleading information by giving me the free shipping anyway. Please correct this misleading information.”

“I can't leave a review of the products, because they never arrived! 10 days since ordering, I emailed to say they'd not been received. I almost immediately get an email back to say they've been lost in the post, and I'll be fully refunded. Straight away I have an email from PayPal to say I've been refunded. Would've preferred the items, but wasn't given the option. I'm firmly of the opinion they aren't "lost in the post", and the goods were never in stock to begin with. Not impressed as I've used the site before with no issues, but I can't see me using it again.”

“My order was designed 5 days later. Was well packed. There was 1 item in my order I had not ordered. I informed internet gift. I returned the item I was to be reimbursed the postage. To date I have not received the postage I had to pay for there mistake. I will not be placing further orders .”
