“Hi I just received my package and it contained no receipt - nor the Christmas hat which you charged me extra money for on my order I also didn't get any communication as to the order being processed and dispatched which would give me an ETA & would be helpful in the run up to Christmas....”

“The items offered were good ideas for unusual gifts and the prices were good but I received an e-mail to say one of my items were broken and that there weren't any more! I also have not received any of my order yet even though it was supposed to have been despatched last Thursday.”

“Ordered the items 12 days ago and have still not arrived. After 10 days the only correspondence was to saying of the items was damaged and now out of stock but no other contact from them.”

“When an item is purchased on line and showing as in-stock, it is disappointing to receive an e-mail which declares the item as out of stock a few days later. As a first time user of this site, I will be extremely wary of purchasing again.”

“i ordered the item, they took the money. days later i was told it was no longer in stock and they'd refund my money. it would be better if you cannot order items that aren't in stock and only pay when stock is ready for despatch.”

“I do think the goods you offer are lovely, but unfortunately I can't comment positively at the moment as my gift still hasn't arrived. I know it is a very busy time but £3.50 should be enough for a mug to arrive in 5 days. I did receive an initial email saying I would get another email once dispatched, but I've not received that. I have now seen that my address details are the same as my work address, where I asked the gift to be delivered to - so perhaps this is the problem? Unfortunately I had wanted the gift for today as tonight we are giving our Secret Santa presents to each other. Therefore, if still not out for delivery yet, I would prefer to cancel my order.”

“I ordered a sticker book for a birthday present for my daughters friend, when it arrived in the post, it had been folded in the envelope, so I had to try to flatten it out without much success. hence couldn't give it as a present.”

“i was unhappy with the quantity of the moulding powder and plaster. It only gives you one attempt to make the mould, which i couldnt make on my first attempt so the entire kit was of no use to me.”
