“I wanted a dressing gown that fits me, it's not easy, I'm 6'3". This one is massive. Far too big for me. It's great. It sheds a lot of black fluff and didn't stand up too well to washing but I don't care.”

“The Disney Traditions are fantastic but the service was lacking. I got intouch via email and facebook to find out why the items hadn't arrived. It was 7 working days after receiving the dispatch notice before the parcel arrived. I contacted customer services on the fifth day to see if there was a problem. A simple email to say it was sent on this date and I'll chase it up with the courier would have made me feel alot happier. When I contacted you via facebook because I hadn't heard anything I had to wait nearly a week which was days after the package had arrived. Not very professional.”

“I ordered two bags, a mug and a wallet all branded Santoro but when I received the parcel, the wallet wasn't inside and I had to leave 2voicemail and sent 4 email before getting one email with the apologies that the wallet was actually sold out. But I am really pleases with all the prest.”

“We were really pleased with the product, but unfortunately the insides of the Calender were put in backwards which meant I had to take it apart to be able to then put it all back in properly, which not only was very annoying but it also spoiled the surprise of what was to come in the final window, which was a real let down”

“They didn't really, I ordered a Haven gothic fairy, for an amazing price, then the day after, they said they couldn't find it in the warehouse! Sounds to me it was earmarked for someone else! Verydisappointing.”

“I ordered my product on Friday afternoon. I paid quite a bit extra for next day delivery. I took into account the weekend and expected it to arrive Monday morning at the latest. I needed it for my mothers birthday. It didn't arrive until Tuesday! When I complained the company explained why it arrived when it did. But unless I had read all the terms and conditions and then clicked on a further link to read something else then I couldn't have known. They need to make sure delivery information is much clearer and more obvious as they refused to refund the extra money I paid for next day delivery. Very happy with the product that arrived but not so happy with delivery charges etc.”

“I ordered some Yankee candle wax melts as a gift, which were in the sale. Although price and free delivery were good, the packaging was poor. One item was out of stock before the order was sent so that was a disappointment. They were sent in a bag and as a result, three of them were damaged. I could not give them as a gift in that state so used them myself to save the hassle of sending them back and getting a refund. In future, I'll buy elsewhere as they should have been put in a small box for delivery.”
