“This is a lovely and easy lunch box for those kids who find tugging away at the zipped lunch boxes challenging! The open and close latch is easily accesible and it also comes with a water bottle which is handy. My daughter used this item for the first time today easily however sadly the pic on the front has all been scuffed and scratched right the way several times when it may have been bumped, rubbed or dropped. However I didn't expect this to happen so soon after her first use especially as she is a huge frozen fan and would want anything to ruin her lunch box. She is really upset that it's been damaged so easily and so soon hence the rating provided.”

“Still haven't recieved my order which I placed on 28th August. Got 2 emails on Tue 1st September, one to say part of my order was damaged and they would refund me as it was the last in stock which they have done so that's fine, the other was to say the other part of my order had been dispatched but still waiting. Hopefully tomorrow it will be here.”

“I used this company for the first time... Ordering 2 pot of dreams savings pots! Only 1 turned up n I was told they only ever had one in stock. And was given a refund for the other pot! Very average service n the web page isn't the easiest to use!”

“Items looked good, prices seemed great but as I've received a request to write a before I've even actually received my order I can't really comment on the quality although I do feel no dispatch update one week after placing the order is a little unreasonable....”

“My package still hasn't been delivered. This is fine, since it is international shipping, so I expected a slight delay compared to normal shipping method time frames. However, it would be nice if more shipping information could be provided. All the site says is "dispatched." There are no carriers, tracking numbers, or expected delivery date provided, which is kind of an inconvenience when trying to figure out if you're package is still on its way and when it will arrive around. I don't know if this is again because it's international, or if it's just standard protocol, but if there was a way to provide that information it would be nice. Awesome store selection, as far as products. If I was located in the UK I would be ordering all the time.”

“I received a partial refund before my order arrived with no explanation as to which of the items ordered would not be arriving. The goods arrived relatively quickly, looked like they do on the site and were undamaged however the package was missing two of the items requested. I would happily rate this site higher if they sorted out their methods of customer contact to ensure greater clarity in situations where a partial refund is required.”

“The Rob Ryan glasses are beautiful however the box they came in wasn't in the best condition. Disappointing really since it was a present. Would have expected things to be cared for a bit more from a company called Internet Gift Store”
