“This is a lovely and easy lunch box for those kids who find tugging away at the zipped lunch boxes challenging! The open and close latch is easily accesible and it also comes with a water bottle which is handy. My daughter used this item for the first time today easily however sadly the pic on the front has all been scuffed and scratched right the way several times when it may have been bumped, rubbed or dropped. However I didn't expect this to happen so soon after her first use especially as she is a huge frozen fan and would want anything to ruin her lunch box. She is really upset that it's been damaged so easily and so soon hence the rating provided.”

“The whole process and the actual website itself is brilliant! And it's safe to say I will be shopping with you again at some point. The only criticism I have is the price of postage. I was lucky because you had the free delivery deal on at the time I ordered, which was the main reason I stopped to have a nosey if I'm honest. TThere were so many other things I seen I'd like to get people as gifts for Christmas and a few birthdays etc as I'm sure there will be for many other people but having the money to buy them all at the same is going to be tricky. Personally I'm the type of person to get a few bits at time to make it easier on the bank balance and I know I'm not the only one who does things that way, and if we're unable to make it upto that £30 mark everytime it's basically going to be an extra £4 a pop for postage each time people buy from you :/ and it all adds up! And that in itself deters me from wanting to order from you again but you have some truly beautiful gifts so it's like a catch 22 really. But other than that future worry I had a great buying experience with your company so Thankyouu! Kind regards Danielle”

“I am very happy with my first order of yankee candles from here i do however feel that some improvements could be made in the packaging as the envelope while padded was to large for my small order so it has rattled around and some damage has occured to the wax tart on my order”
