“On order, I asked if standard delivery would allow for delivery before Christmas. I didn't receive any reply other than an email telling me the order had been posted. I tried to call on numerous occasions, each time getting an answer machine. I left a message early afternoon on Christmas Eve and sent an email. No response yet and no item received...”
