“Worst customer experience ever in my life. I paid about 85 USD to their Flowers4Hamburg website to deliver a bunch of flowers and a cake to be to my daughter for her birthday. The cake was marked as delivered although she never got it and they refused to acknowledge or provide receipt notice and then the flowers were deemed undeliverable by their courier without calling my daughter and they never came back to me how to resolve the matter despite my repeated request. I warn all people not to use them as they are not professional nor customer focused and you will most likely lose your money as i did”
“I PURCHASED A BOUQUET OF FLOWERS FOR MY SISTER'S BIRTHDAY, SHE WAS AT PARIS BY THAT TIME AND THE WEBSITE SAID THE FLOWERS WOULD ARRIVE THE DAY AFTER THE PURCHASE WAS DONE. NOT ONLY THE FLOWERS DIDN'T ARRIVE AT THE HOTEL WHICH WAS QUITE DISAPPOINTING BUT ALSO THE COMPANY DIDN'T MAKE ANY REFUNDS FOR THE MONEY EXPENDED (EUR 45).”
