“I'd give more of a 3.5 stars if I could because this platform does a great job at collating all your different investment options, however, it can be a little difficult to navigate for a new user. Adding funds takes longer than expected and there was no indication of how long it would take for the fund to show in your account - which can be stressful if you've deposited a large amount. The overall navigation isn't terrible but I had to click on a few tabs before eventually finding the right place. Now that I'm set up however, I am starting to find it easier and clearer to manage my investments. Perhaps a clearer info page for navigating the platform and about investing in general would be handy for newcomers.”

“I love the service offered by InvestNow and some of the features are fantastic (I love that you can send an email with a code rather than a text message for when I am out of cell signal). Now that my funds have been chosen it is relatively easy to buy additional units i these funds however with so many funds on offer it is quite tricky to initially chose the most suitable funds. A feature I would really like would be to be able to hold units of the same funds in seperate parcels eg. If I am using a fund for investing on behalf of a child it would be nice to be able to have multiple instances of the same fund but maintained separately rather than all pooled together. As it is my work around for this is to have each of my kids invested in a different fund. If I could have given 4.5 stars I would have gone with that as I do like the product and service, it just lacks a few things to get it a 5 star rating from me. *In response to the InvestNow reply: I had considered setting up the kids with their own accounts, however I wish to retain ownership and management of their accounts even when they are older. They are earmarked for first homes or similar. There are also some other contributing factors around taxation however it is primarily about ownership and control.”

“The idea and the product overall are awesome. The app is lacking though: GUI is not intuitive, and also it does not work well with phones. The labels on the Home page are confusing.”

“It was easy to create an account, transfer funds and invest. Everything works as it should. The only thing I don't like is the cosmestic look and feel of the website...it just feels a little tired and dated. Time for a refresh!”

“Very good service with fee free investment and reporting. Trades executed as requested on an once daily basis. Would have given 5 stars if the user interface was easier to use, e.g. when using a mobile device and displaying pricing of investments when buying or selling.”

“Great to be able to invest in Vanguard’s MSCI fund that otherwise requires a minimum sum of $500k. Investnow website could be improved however. Having to dig out information via the blogs was frustrating.”

“Great service and convenient access to low fee ETF’s. Only thing that would make it better is inclusion of 2 factor authentication through Authenticator apps like googles etc rather than using email or text.”
