“Im a naive user so havent got much to judge it on but so far so good.”

“App authentication via Google authenticator or other form of 2 Factor authentication rather than SMS. Ability to link to a google account. Be great not having to download the PDU each time when onvesting, rather than its 'remembered' from an initial investment done. Example, invested in NZtop50. on previous date, then a week or two later invest again - dont need to download the PDU again before being able to invest.”

“All went well with sign up and depositing funds. Site navigation takes a little time and would love some form of app but I knew that going in. Keep up the good work.”

“Generally very good experience - my cash account ran out of $$ (my fault of course) which meant that my regular payment to my fund couldn't go through. It was only when it had failed 3 times that I got the notice. Notification first time would have been better. Trust this is helpful.”

“Many options of funds. Good rates for term deposit! But it seems that we can only buy funds using market price. Cannot find the option for limit order (set our preferred price for purchasing and selling).”

“For us, so far, this is the best investment platform due to the amount of products you can choose plus ZERO additional fees on top! The site itself needs some improvement to be more intuitive and user-friendly though. Further, transferring funds to your Transaction Account and processing orders can take a while. Would be nice if there will be a user-friendly mobile app. Nevertheless, it’s one of the best!”

“Set up and initial investment process straightforward and clear. Finding it a little bit of a learning curve to find out the information I need to see how the investment is doing but I'll get there. Would be nice to see current value on the home page alongside the initial investment, or a link to it where the graph link is.”

“Easy to sign up and execute. Takes time for cash to be seen after transfer from bank and also quite a long time to buy the various funds and see that the transaction has been completed. Otherwise very good platform. Good range of funds availabIe. Inexpensive way to access top funds and not have to worry about choosing individual companies to invest in. Also good information on fund performances to aid their selection.”

“Am a new customer to Invest now. So I do not have much to write. However, “naming the company as “INVEST NOW” and taking more than a day to invest needs to looked at”. Being share market, it’s sensitivity and high volatile transaction, a much faster approach will be an incentive for attraction and customer satisfaction. I am writing this with good experience with VANGAURD Australia and share market investment experience in India.”

“Great platform to invest with! The low/lack of fees is the massive draw, along with a (relatively) low ($250) minimum investment. Website is not always intuitive but exploring is rewarded and not a hassle. The slightly less modern designed gives an appropriate gravitas without being uninviting for the uninitiated. Money can take a few days to process, but considering the (lack) of brokerage fee, totally fair enough (and I suspect not the fault of InvestNow). Would love to have an easier method to compare in detail a shortlist of ETFs/Funds, rather than having to download the product description file for each, but there are other websites that specialise in this so not a big issue. Customer service is very good - email correspondence was timely, clear and friendly.”
