You charged me for the platinum kit twice i wanted to cancel it but kept getting sent to page of frequently asked questions which didn't answer. Now i have cancelled all 3 accounts and want to know when your putting the money back.

In order to make account changes on your own, you have to log into your account and click the 'manage subscriptions' tab where you have FULL control of all features and functions including cancelations, swapping a crate, changing the billing date, increasing or decreasing your price tier, changing billing or shipping information. You can also contact 'support@investorcrate.com' by e-mail and they can assist with any account issue right away. Thank you.

When does investor crate lock in the spot price? On the 1st when you're billed or on the 15th when they ship? Silver has dropped over $1 in spot price between the 1st and 15th this month. Wondering what I should expect...

It varies from the 1st to the 5th. Variables include things like weekend when trading is closed or Holidays. This will change with an upcoming change in our service where we will offer the choice for billing and shipping to occur either in the beginning of the month or middle of the month or both should you elect to receive two crates a month. Thank you.
