“Had tests done in Apr - Was quoted ZERO cost, that these were completely covered. Today I get a bill for the testing. 10 months later. If you ever have any testing to do through these liars, which I do not recommend, get proof of their false claims so you can defend yourself later.
Edit - Now, as I read through all the reviews here, I see that these practices are just how the company works. Wish I'd seen this before. Read the reviews here people, before you deal with these crooks and liars.”
“My child needs a genetic test done that costs hundreds of dollars. I reached out to the billing department and they offered two options: a payment plan over 3 months or a discount if I qualify. I filled out the form and asked my child's physician to write a letter that attests the information is correct. I submitted it and followed up many times over the following weeks-no answer. So I called and the lady who picked up said that since I have medical insurance (mediCal) who don't work with them, I do not qualify. Apparently, the test costs over 4K and they had already given me the discount! What?”
