“I enjoyed the experience and visit to the store, however not so sure about the frames l chose now l have them. There was lots to choose from and no hard sell and the staff were very helpful.”

“Another fab visit to the Glasgow city centre store. Staff were friendly and helpful and my gorgeous new glasses arrived a week later. Had seen Campbell in lava red advertised on Facebook and had to have them.”

“I visited the shop in St James Quarter twice. Both times I was made very welcome, the staff explaining very clearly the terms and conditions and the Covid rules. I ordered vary focal glasses, they were delivered on time. Excellent customer service.”

“I initially avoided Iolla when it opened in our shopping centre as I wrongly assumed it was an expensive spectacle shop given the designs in the window. How glad was I when I went in one day out of interest and found it to be incredibly affordable. So much so that I might be back for a second pair. The customer service was excellent and the buying process stream-less. I loved the attention to detail and quirky packaging when my new glasses arrived. Made the whole experience very personal.”
