“what kind of response do you need? i need my first. so far it has 1 month that has no other information. I made the purchase and made the payment, like any commercial operation, however, my product, nor information about it, you inform me on the tracking website it says: in transit since 01/22, and there is no more information until today.”

“I placed an order 1/11/2021. I received the order 1/21/2021 but it wasn't what I ordered. I sent e-mail 1/22/21 explaining that I ordered SKU: LE02397 but got L02397C. Order # was 21-01-08-0154815 Shipment # SHI-21-01-11-0028573 I haven't heard a thing about my order. Please check into this. Thank You.”

Ola Maria Sinto muito que voce foi taxada. Apesar de as chances de ser taxado com nossa loja serem menores nos nao prometemos isso que voce nao pode ser. No checkout nos informamos isso para o cliente para evitar imprevistos.

“For starters I never got a confirmation of my order. Two days later I received an email stating my order has been shipped. I was given my order number and tracking number then but I have not been able to track my package because it says USPS has not yet received my package. I understand that COVID-19 is affecting all order shipments but my package has not even left the facility yet. It has been 1 month since I placed my order. I would like the company to reach out and tell me what is going on if COVID-19 is delaying their work in anyway so that I am aware. I have emailed the company over a week ago and have not heard anything back despite their claims of 24 hr quick assistance. Im starting to think this whole website is a scam.”
