“I had been waiting for two weeks for my funds to be deposited into my bank account after submitting a withdrawal request. The company claimed the transaction was completed on their end, but when I contacted my bank, they confirmed that no deposit had been received, rejected, or even attempted. The bank's fraud department, along with NOVARECOUP.ORG, conducted a thorough investigation and found no evidence of the transaction. Following the successful investigation, I was able to recover my funds.”
