“Not responding to my request for an official and documented financial statement, evading answers, responding, and procrastinating in complaints! I have been a customer of IQ Option for a long time, but when I submitted an official request for a detailed financial statement of my transactions, I was surprised by the lack of any actual response from the company. I have submitted several complaints via email, technical support, and to the complaints department, but the company does not deal with complaints in a professional manner, as it has not yet provided me with a notification of receipt of the complaint or a reference number to follow up on it. Every time I contact them on live support, I hear the same repeated answers that the request is under consideration. Imagine with me that a request for a financial statement requires study for all this time and so far there has been no real progress in resolving the problem. I am trying to contact the technical support email and the "Complaints Department", but this department does not respond to my messages, and when I call my account manager, he tells me that the relevant department will contact me, which has not happened yet despite the passage of 21 days. It is unacceptable for a company to delay in fulfilling a legitimate request such as a financial statement, which is a basic right for any customer. This complete disregard and non-response and these methods raise questions about transparency and credibility in dealing with customers. I hope that my request will be responded to as soon as possible and the issue will be addressed seriously, otherwise I will have to take further steps to ensure that my rights are restored. Date of experience: February 20, 2025”

“I invested for over two months, when it was time to make my first withdrawal I became to feel skeptical. They locked my account of over $550k and told me to contact customer service. They keep ignoring my request to withdraw. I spoke to friends and family about my encounter, I was told to contact 360FORENSIC.DOTCOM as able to guide me through steps needed to successful retrieve my funds from them.
