“This online company are very unreliable with customers money and carelessly rude while at it. A simple explanation would have gone a long way to ease up the situation of my inability to access my funds but instead they chose to ignore me for about 5 weeks until I got QUINTELINTELLIGENCELTD company involved who made good the situation and all my money was returned to me completely.”

“I wouldn't say I am impressed by IQ Option, but I like the fact that they are trying to develop their own unique trading platform. Actually, they have succeeded in that. The platform is unique, offering a whole different trading experience, from what I was used to. Being unique does not mean always being better. It’s a double-edged sword. But if we talk about making trading simple and more accessible and more understandable for a wide range of people, then IQ options definitely succeed in doing that. Their concept of keeping it simple deserves praise. 👍”

“Imagine using a website or an app that's really clear and easy to navigate – that's what IQ Option offers. You won't have to worry about complex features or confusing menus. Instead, you can focus on learning about trading and making decisions that could help you make money. They can add more instruments to catch more traders but that is not my business.”

“I think the strongest aspect of Iq option is its trading conditions, leverage and spreads specifically, Leverage on the currency pairs is, high enough to trade profitably. And spreads are quite tight, plus no commissions whatsoever. I’m not a big fan of the platform: but that’s something I can tolerate.”

“My experience that I got from spending some time on the platform definitely aligns with the IQ option reviews I had read before and during my experience😊. They definitely have a transparent and honest fee structure, so you cannot get caught off-guard there either. There might be some few slight improvements maybe, some additional and professional content on their blog would be great. but that is not a biggie. Customer support can also give you good guidance at whatever step you are with the platform or trading. To end my words, im just gonna say that they give a reliable trading atmosphere”

“I am fond of this broker due to the regulatory security protocols they comply to and the sense of safety I get when my money is in my account. I really don't have a complaint about that, it is a really good option across Europe and a lot of other geographies I guess. But sadly that does not justify some disadvantages of the platform. I find it quite simple to be honest, could have looked a bit more professional and slick. That isn't something they can't fix, but I hope they do it soon, cuz I am seeing some better looking platforms.”

“The broker provides all the necessary educational data on the website and in the proprietary blog. There is a basic information predominantly for newbies, so that even the complete rookie can become a decent trader, just using this info. Although the depth of educational materials leaves much to be desired. nothing for advanced traders like me.”

“I have seen several reviews about this broker's blog. And I agree that it is helpful. But in my opinion traders do not fully understand how this blog should be used in trading. I want to write about it to help newbies. Because experienced traders know how to do it. The blog is a source of additional information, which helps to make trading decisions. The information obtained from the blog should be verified in at least two other sources. And if this information is confirmed it can be used to make a trading decision. DYOR.”

“IQ option leverage system seems very reasonable to me. There is a high leverage level for currencies, as they are quite safe to trade, at least the most of them are. The other, more volatile assets go with much lower leverage, and it’s understandable from the broker’s point of view. Nobody wants their clients to drain deposits and blame the broker for it. It also shows that the broker is not intended to play against its traders.”
