After my withdrawal was rejected, I found myself locked out of my trading account. It was stressful, and I felt helpless. However, Mrs. Mercy and her team stepped in and took charge. They worked diligently to unlock my account and recover my funds. Their professionalism and care made all the difference.

I was onboarded into a trading account with IronFX through what appeared to be a legitimate, UK-regulated brokerage. The website was slick and professional, the promotion was clearly aimed at UK customers, and it looked like their FCA-licensed UK arm was involved. At no point during sign-up was I made aware that I’d be dealing with a completely different, offshore entity. Instead of dealing with the UK-regulated firm, my account was quietly placed under an overseas operation, with no proper explanation or warning. The entity that actually held my funds wasn’t clearly disclosed during onboarding, and none of the protections I expected as a UK resident were applied. When I later raised concerns, I was completely ignored. I submitted a formal complaint to the UK office, which was never acknowledged. I contacted their offshore team and got the same result. Emails were opened, read, and then buried. Live chat support either brushed me off or disappeared the moment I uploaded evidence. No accountability. No help. To make matters worse, my assigned account manager blocked me on WhatsApp the moment I started asking serious questions about where my money was held. That silence has continued ever since. I even submitted a formal request for my trading data under UK data protection law. That too was ignored, despite the company actively targeting UK residents, handling their funds, and processing their personal data. What started as a trading relationship has turned into a case study in avoidance, misdirection, and complete refusal to take responsibility. The way IronFX operates across multiple websites and corporate entities makes it incredibly difficult for customers to know who they are actually dealing with, until it’s too late. I have reported the situation to the UK financial authorities and submitted my case to the ombudsman. They have confirmed they will act if the company continues to stay silent past the complaint deadline. If you’re a UK client, think very carefully before opening an account with IronFX. What you see on the surface is not what you get. Once your money is in, you’re on your own. You’ll probably never get it back.

They stole all my money back in 2015, when the swiss frank collapsed! I was shorting the EUR/CHF pair, made huge money, virtually, but never managed to withdraw my funds! Worst company, avoid them!

Hello friends, I deposit my account with 1050 dollars and brought it to 3961 dollars. After I registered the withdrawal request, the broker initially rejected my withdrawal request and then deducted the entire amount of my profit from the account and did not allow me to withdraw the profit and every I have sent many messages and emails to the email broker and the official support of Telegram, they did not respond at all and they just ignore my message. I hope the broker's supporters are responsible here

They froze my money after I tried to withdraw I asked for help and no one answered, the awnser I got after I asked if it was a scam was to be careful with my words, but other than that no help they just steal money, all the other reviews must be false

I have a complaint regarding Ironfx and MT4 account number is 11195584. On 16.11.23. My account account has been withdrawn 250 usd from my account and the same thing has happened in my other mt4 asw well and from my clients/friends account but unfortunately it has not happened and withdrawal has been cancelled. I have complain same time to account manager why and who is withdrawing my money and tried to stop it out but from my one account is withdrawal 250 usd and it was all matter of low security in ironfx and broker is saying that you have shared password with someone and it has happened so we are not responsible? Then why the same thing has happened with my other clients and friend accounts? Another thing is how and why you can sent withdrawal to anyone without my consent and asking anything to mail as well and not any security ? and per regulation, withdrawal should be done with same medium as we have deposited,I have deposited with local depositor 500 usd the same amount must withdraw with same medium and they have sent withdrawal in usdt to someone else and they are even not replying my as well and just say that it has happened from your end. So I kindly request you to pls look into this matter Date of experience: November 16, 2023

Their support service is poor, all my money I put was lost, I put in 13,970 from my bank and that was it, I couldn’t withdraw, and I stopped using their service when I came across benarmstrong-trades. com , my first week I made up to $9,000 with deposit of 550, if I’ll recommend platform it’s Ben Armstrong trades cos their support is good and there’s no restriction like I had in ironfx.
