“Order came super quick considering it was ordered over bank holiday weekend. Quick reply when I sent a message asking if my order was dispatched. Always great customer service from IVUK. Also so pleased to have finally ordered online as after I moved from Northampton I didn't have a local island vape but now it feels like I do!”

“I find the service very friendly and efficient. The staff are always ready to offer their expert advice and do so with great patience. Couldn't recommend the shop at Billing anymore than saying they are brilliant. The recent postal service is working well and would recommend.”
