Hi... Sorry you felt it took a while. We do the deliveries ourselves - we don't use any couriers. So at 2.30pm we set off and start our deliveries (2 or 3 of us) and we need to cover NN1 to NN29 so depending on the amount of parcels, and the routes to get to each house it can take time. We have advertised on the website we aim to deliver before 8pm, and on 2 or 3 occasions this has ran past slightly and for that we apologise. We are doing our best, this situation is very new to us so we are adapting daily to try and be as efficient as possible. Thank-You
