“Absolutely disgusting service ordered on 15th December got in touch before Christmas the said they would resend, didn't receive anything, 4 times they apparently were re sending still nothing last week then get an email saying it was delivered on 25th Feb checked tracking and the delivery office it arrived at wasn't even my area I went to the back as nearly 3 months no product snicker shield have now said until I drop it with the bank they won't send the product out disgusting customer service no apology nothing”
“Ordered on 09/01 with express delivery 1-2 days. I was told it was shipped 12/01, still haven’t got it 23/01.
Ended up ordering Crep Protect sneaker crates instead from somewhere else and they turned up next day - If you want a good place to store sneakers but don’t want to take up much space, buy the Crep Protect crates instead of the ones on here.”
