“Hi my name is James and I’ve emailed multiple times since the 10th of November, I ordered €80 worth of products on the 5th of November, how ever it didn’t arrive on time. So I emailed continuously for multiple days until I got a reply, apparently the processing and dispatch team missed my order. That was fine, but it’s now the 25th of November and I still have not received my order. My order is #SS0361735 and I would like a response ASAP, this is disgraceful customer service and I warn anyone who might consider buying from this company. If I don’t get a response I’ll have to contact my bank in order to get my money back from this slow serviced ‘company’.”
“Placed an order for 2 day delivery. 2 weeks later abs several emails to chase and still no delivery. Sneaker-Sheilds response was sent but not delivered and when it is returned to them, they will refund. Now a month later, and they are still saying they haven’t had it back (who knows who from, it never got delivered to anyone) so they won’t refund.
Terrible customer service, poor communication, no idea if the product is any good!”
