“it wasnt as good as i thought it would be. i should be learning something, i felt like i couldve taught myself that. i was taught half of it through my manager and myself, especially when it came to the quality managment manual it was just a skim read of it. Auditing wasnt covered at all in my opinion. id rather go into an actual audit room and shadow someone.”

“Overall good, normally we get to schedule our audit for the next year at the audit carried out previously not allowed this year, and told to expect an email up to two weeks before with a date and an auditor, as this process is to add value to the company this new system seems a little odd. Training course attended, expensive for the information and course provided. Paid for an ISOQAR course as assumed it would be comprehensive and value for money, but course content seemed to be stringed out over one day when not enough content, and not sure much value really gained, review left seperately for this service. Will say the finance department is always quick to respond and very helpful. Our auditor for the last three years has been friendly and adds value and provides a good incite into the business, which is appreciated.”
