I ordered an item weeks ago, despite having an open PayPal dispute and them informing us several times the item has been a sent - despite me telling them I won’t take delivery of it they have failed to return my money.
PayPal are now dealing with this matter.
The company is in China. Their communication is poor and they reply with benign responses ignoring all requests.”

“I buy from IVRose regularly because they have some outfits that you just can't get anywhere else. It's slow delivery and a bit hit and miss occasionally on the quality, but the prices are good so you put up with it. Occasionally though the outfits look absolutely NOTHING like the pictures - different shapes, different styles, patterns. Once even I bought what was meant to be a jumpsuit and it came as a top and bottom! But returns are a hassle as they're not in the UK, so if it's just one thing, you may as well just take it to a charity instead. Horses for courses. But this last time, 4 out of 5 things I bought were just too bad - mis-sized, bad quality, not good, so I decided to return. £15 on postage to Germany, and I know it arrived with them because they emailed me when it arrived to ask for my tracking number... which I had lost. But I know they got it, and I know the items were in immaculate condition. So, not only did I pay £15 for return postage but they are denying me over £120 in returned goods refunds! One loyal customer who used to big them up wherever possible has just turned to a never-again, and I will happily tell everyone who'll listen to avoid them like the plague. Thanks IVRose”
“Firstly I didnt realise the products cane from outside the UK as it said IvroseUk????The goods came and looked NOTHING like the pics on the website so had to return. Cost £14 to return 3 flimsy dresses as the return address was in GERMANY!! And they insist you return it tracked.
The customer service girls were good throughout the sale but have been shocking since I returned the items and are being very very unhelpful and keep replying with irrelevant answers to my queries, even had the cheek to offer discount off my next purchase! There will be NO next purchase!”

To return is a nightmare, they are not understanding at all and will try mot to give you a refund.
if you are unlucky and have to send the item back, keep you're receipt you get at the post office. they will try to keep youre money and give excuses on why and how they haven't received the returned item.

I ordered 3 dresses, they took weeks to arrive. They initially emailed to say they were out of stock, I asked to cancel my order but they wouldn’t let me! The items arrived and they were awful, terrible quality, didn’t look anything like the pictures.
I had to chase them for a returns address which they finally gave me and I then found out I had to pay £12 to return the items!
I’m now chasing them for my refund - horrendous service, horrendous clothes! If I had a choice I wouldn’t even give them 1 star. I won’t ever order from them again, I can’t believe ‘companies’ like this are allowed to operate.”
“Wouldn’t even give them a star, but I had to to write this review. First of all ordering from them with Royal Mail the dress doesn’t even turn up. It says “delivered” but after speaking with our post boy and being down the local post office. This item is NO where to be seen. Call IVrose as they like to call themselves. More like take your hard earned money and not give it back. Tried getting them to send another item out and they just refuse, kept telling me the item is at the post office. I’ve been down there 5 times. I can reassure you this dress is no where to be seen or found. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE YOU WONT GET YOUR ITEM, AND IF YOU DO AND YOU SEND IT BACK YOU STILL WONT RECIVE IT. WORST CUSTOMER SERVES IVE EXPERIENCED.
