“I needed a memorial trophy for an annual bowls competition in memory of my late wife. After visiting the Jackson website, I chose a lead crystal bowl but was unsure what options were available for engraving. After exchanging 2 or 3 emails it was all sorted. The order was placed and delivery agreed. The trophy arrived on the designated day. It was well packed and undamaged. I am delighted with the way it has turned out and I want to express my grateful thanks to the Jackson staff for all the help that they have given me.”

“Mixed feelings. The trophy I ordered was sent without the wooden base - but they sent another one out as soon as I complained. . . . . sadly they sent the wrong size. Again, they put this right and sent the correct size as soon as I complained. Bad at making errors - but brilliant at correcting them.”

“We received excellent service from Jackson Trophies (Amanda). Nothing was too much trouble and the engraving was exactly what we wanted. Very quick at processing the order and getting the delivery out. There are a lot of products to choose from and great price range. We will definitely be using Jackson Trophies again.
