I needed a memorial trophy for an annual bowls competition in memory of my late wife. After visiting the Jackson website, I chose a lead crystal bowl but was unsure what options were available for engraving. After exchanging 2 or 3 emails it was all sorted. The order was placed and delivery agreed. The trophy arrived on the designated day. It was well packed and undamaged. I am delighted with the way it has turned out and I want to express my grateful thanks to the Jackson staff for all the help that they have given me.
