“I didn't have to wait long for an engineer to come out to me (the next day). The engineer actually arrived early and was able to diagnose and fix the problem very quickly. He was knowledgeable about the heating system and explained exactly what the problem was and gave advice about what to do if the problem happened again.”

“It was the first time I used your company to arrange for a cp12 certificate for the gas safety check which is a legal requirement by law for all housing tenants. The service and communication was second to non . excellent and would recommend James Foy to any body . thanks for a great job . well done .”

“Called up James Foy Plumbing on a Monday morning regarding our faulty shower, booked us in promptly for Tuesday, plumber came out to have a look and we needed a new shower. By the Wednesday afternoon a new shower was fitted. It's a breath of fresh air to deal with such a professional business, from the lady in the office who dealt with everything to the efficient and courteous plumber John who fitted the shower, I can thoroughly recommend using James Foy and would not hesitate using them again.”

“Can't recommend this company enough to anybody. They are so professional and friendly. I recently had someone from an estate agent who went out to my rental property to check the gas and the engineer come back saying there was all sorts of problems with the boiler and that to fix it would cost 1500 pounds and then I got a second opinion from James Foy plumbing who came back and said there was just a minor fault on the boiler and to fix it would cost 169 pounds. They sent me a quotation for the work and told me they could start the work within a couple of days- least to say I was a happy lady. Really efficient and a reputable company.”

“I've used James Foy for a number of jobs over the past couple of years. Excellent service throughout from Gemma, Neil and Peter. No pressure or expectation to agree or undertake work, easy to understand quoatations with full explenation and support throughout. I would highly reccomend James Foy to anybody.”

“Tony C phoned ahead and was early. He thoroughly checked for the source of the leak and was able to address the problem on the day very efficiently and in a professional manner. The back office staff were very efficient with scheduling the job and dealing with invoicing. We are very pleased with the attentions to detail in doing the job and the level of organisation in planning the work to be done. We can't ask for more from the staff and would not hesitate in recomending! Mr Mills”

“First we were quoted a price for a new shower and some tiling. The guy who came quickly released that it wasn't a problem with the shower but the water into the shower. He fixed this within an hour or so and as a result took almost £300 off the bill. We are delighted. Would highly recommend James Foy Plumbing.”
