“Having contacted several contractors advertising in local magazines, only to discover that they are cash in hand, no guarantee operators, I was delighted to carry out a Google search and find James Foy. What a refreshing change to have an office to deal with, professional procedures and email correspondence. The plumber came at the appointed time, did the job efficiently, was pleasant to deal with and preferred me to call the office with my payment. When I called I was emailed an invoice and given a couple if days to pay. I paid immediately, but how refreshing to be dealt with as a trustworthy customer. I have already asked for a quote for further work, an estimate of which was emailed to me within minutes. I can't recommend these guys highly enough.”

“I have had two radiators fitted by James Foy Plumbing, the service (the ladies you speak to when you call) and quality of work (from the fitters) has been excellent. One radiator was particularly problematic (my choice of radiator rather than a problem with their work) but they returned a number of times until the fit was perfect. I would definitely recommend the company, and they will be my go to choice for any plumbing needs.”

“I found that JamesFoyPlumbing’s quality of work and service was excellent. My combi-boiler job was a tricky one to say the least, a cherry picker was needed, access panels needed fitting and a plastering finish. Other plumbing firms had refused to quote, but JFP not only provided solutions to each obstacle, they also provided a clearly detailed and fair quotation, and readily and patiently responded to my stream of queries. Thanks to Gemma and Claire in the office for their patience and brilliant communication skills via phone and email. They sent me arguably the best gas installer in the world, the lovely Peter, who worked tirelessly for 2 days, drawing on his versatile skills and talents, conquering each challenge with a positive attitude, to complete the job to the highest professional standard. Even after the main job was completed, James Foy went out of his way to make sure any snags, such as necessary external plaster work repairs, were made neat and tidy, all the staff went the extra mile to make sure everything was covered, making me one extremely satisfied customer! Overall a quality of customer service and attention to detail, so rarely experienced nowadays, which makes it refreshing and satisfying to deal with this company.”
