“I couldn't be happier with the service I have received from your company, from the initial phone call to the completion of the work. The plumber Paul was a very affable young man and he immediately assessed the problem, which I have to say was much less of a problem for him, me not being a plumber , I thought I needed a whole new toilet fitting he sorted it by dismantling the cistern and renewing the entire gubbins. I now have a toilet that flushes with the touch of a button , and at a much reduced cost. This is a very honest company, and it is the second time I have used them. I would definitely recommend them .”

“There are a lot of cowboys out there in the plumbing business ,so when my boiler developed a fault , I was a bit wary of who to get to sort it out. I remember seeing the logo on the side of a van and the name stuck with me. I called . . . .they gave an estimate bang on time . . . . .I gave them the job. The guy who came was a very friendly , courteous , young guy . . . . .very helpful too. The job was completed when they said it would be and at the cost which was stated on the estimate. If you want a job done properly , cleanly , and in a pleasant manner ,I have no hesitation in recommending James Foy . . . . . .well done.”

“I had a leak, telephoned on the Thursday and the plumber came on the Saturday, very friendly plumber and the job was fixed within the hour, I was also given advice of why it happened and the way forward for a permanent fix, very helpful will definitely use this merchant again.”

“I am a first time customer of James Foy Plumbing service and was impressed from the outset - even the booking was smooth and pleasant. The service engineer turned up on time ( we even had an email half an hour before the due time to confirm) was extremely courteous and informed me at every stage of the service what he was doing and why. He also offered me options and advice for the repair. I can thoroughly recommend James Foy Plumbing and would not hesitate it use their services again. Paul, Waterloo”

“Engineer John arrived early and was very helpful and thorough. Fixed the problem that other companies had failed to detect. Decent on price too. Office staff very good, especially when I called after the engineer had left and I thought there was a problem, but it was just me being stupid after a long day. They were very patient and helpful. Would recommend.”

“Good customer service as our boiler did break over the Christmas period. We were updated after a bit of problem with the suppliers and a wrong part being ordered, but James Foy did sort this out straight away and the engineer did stay till 8pm to give us heat and hot water again. I would have no hesitation in recommending James Foy, as they are professional from the beginning to the end. Thank you again. Mrs Blackman”
