awful customer service at Jardine motors Erdington dealer. After many phone calls and emails still awaiting for a simple invoice which they have to provide by law. I have been asked first to email my request by email because they could not deal with this over the phone. When I chased the matter I was asked by their customer service Karen (who was very unprofessional and rude) to send a proof of Id which I did. After a week they told me this has to be dealt with through a secured link which took them 1 week to email this over after several phone chase up. After sending my request through the link I was asked for my address and the car's chassis number which was not easy to find out, but i managed. after this, they requested further security question about my car's finance and I replied, and now they responded that they are satisfied with the provided information, however, they are looking into this matter and will come back to me at the later stage..this has already been 3 weeks and nothing so far. absolutely a joke

Shocking service. They won't give you a direct number to speak to the dealer. When you call you get through to a central number with junior staff working from home who are only allowed to try to connect you 3 times per 24 hours! I didn't get an update on my vehicle for 2 days as I just couldn't get through and wasted hours on the phone trying to do so. Their Aftersales Manager Gary Jones has absolutely no idea how to look after what should be valued customers. I will never set foot in this dealer again and will never buy another Range Rover. Avoid this place at all costs.

I called AM today to book my car in for a service. No one called back so called back PM. That was 2 hours ago! The car is a lease vehicle and requires an MOT. To do this work on line they charge £650+ & £85 for the MOT and would have the cheek to charge £50 to collect from my house! Of course they know its a lease vehicle so think I don't care. Same thing happened last time I booked. Shambles!!

Make Sure You Check All Your Paperwork On Sunday I visited Jardine Motors in Stanway, Colchester interested on a Mercedes GLE. I had a test drive, loved the car so a deal was to be done. We went back and forward a bit with the price of my part exchange, an agreement was made that the difference we needed to make the deal would come off the forecourt price of the car. Some more dealings were done and we signed on the bottom line and left a £1000 deposit. Happy Days. When I got home I checked the paperwork, money had been added to the forecourt price! They had included a chargeable extra that I had voiced I didn't need before the deal was done. Increased the value before reducing it. My husband went back down the next day for an explanation and another deal was offered but really, I knew the score and no matter how many deals are to had now, the whole 'car dealership' trust was gone. I loved that car but feel Mercedes will never look after me. Such a shame, car dealers as a whole have such a bad name, this is the reason. You shouldn't have to be checking all the paperwork and figures for bad dealings.

Terrible service, once they have your money they are no longer interested in the problems caused by their poor organisation. Really just a load of Essex Chavs pretending to be professional sales executives, but only interested in selling GAP insurance

dont go there, bunch of total idiots, trying to be professionals.......con artists to the extreme, dont care about you as a customer, just trying to sell you GAP and paint and alloy wheel insurance which make the sales person virtually nothing............not a happy place to go

Very poor after sales service. Damaged my car and were disrespectful to me as a costumer. Can’t recommend at all!
