“We had an issue with damage to one of the products and a replacement was sent out immediately. We received replacement and it was damaged as well. It’s clear that the issue is how the package is handled during transport. Reached out again about the damage and my daughter was emailed back immediately. A replacement is being sent again! My daughter loves the people and brand, so it is awesome for her to find out that they are just as wonderful as she has always believed they are. Thank you for taking care of this now for the 2nd time!!!!”

“My daughter watches every video as soon as it is released and she was under the impression that she would receive a letter/note with her package and a sticker as well but she didn't receive either :( She loved the products but was disappointed in the lack of "extras" she has seen others get.”

We are sorry to hear your daughter was disappointed she didn't receive a letter or note, that was something that was done at our initial launch and was done at random. Please let her know we are sorry there is no way for us to send out a hand written note with every order.

“I love the j80 water jug. I was trying to get a different colored jug but they were out, but all in all i fell in love with the green water jug. I love the feeling of it.... The material, and i love that it says that one full jug is half a gallon so i keep track of how much water i drink in the day. Yall are fantastic and im your fan katie and josh. :)”
