“Worst customer service ever and also the stuff i orderd arrived broken. So i wrote a mail and sent a picture. No reply nothing at al to confirm that they even planned on doing something about it. So sad i love the people who drives it but they don´t really care about customer service :(”

“I would seriously give this company zero stars if it was an option. Purchased a water bottle from them. It was defective. Had a hole in it. Contacted them by email multiple times to no avail. Convenient for them to have no customer service or phone contact. Guess they are just out to rip off people. Save your money or buy from a reputable company”

“I ordered leggings for my niece before xmas along with some other items. The leggings were not in the package delivered and when we checked the status of the order, it said it was pending. After a month of not receiving the leggings, I contacted Jatie and asked for them to either send the leggings or refund me. They refused to do both. I emailed back and forth with them and they told me I waited too long to tell them so they would not send the leggings or refund me. So, literally, they stole $55.80 from me. I had to contest the charge with the credit card company, and then they tried to tell the card company they sent the leggings, causing the card company to decline my challenge to the charge. I had to appeal the card company's decision by showing them emails from Jatie admitting to have never sent the leggings. Ultimately I was able to reverse the charge, no thanks to Jatie. Terrible customer service.”

“Still have not received my order yet. There is no tracking available on it anymore either. I was suppose to get my purchase by 12/24/2020. I received messages that it was in transit and would be delivered by 12/22/2020.”

“A good company is measured by their attitude and care for the costumers particularly after they already get the money. After over a month of waiting for the order being so excited for it, there was a mistake they made in the order. I contacted their customer service, waiting for a reply for days and when they do reply they won’t help or fix their mistake . So now I’m stuck with no package minus 25$ shipping cost I’ll probably won’t get back.”

“I was contacted by your customer service rep saying two J80 bottles couldn’t be sent in the same fedex package. I specifically said send the pink one first as it is a Christmas gift and needs to be here. After several non sensible emails, the service person canceled my whole ordered and I only ended up receiving one bottle which was the purple one, which again was not the one I needed for Christmas morning. My daughter was very disappointed and if I didn’t have to reorder the correct bottle, I would never order anything from you again! ”

“Never received order. Tracking indicates that it has been in same location for 2 weeks and hasn't moved. Emailed customer service numerous times and they never responded. I Guess getting their product to teenagers that love them isn't a priority. Will not order anything from their company again”
