“I loved the idea of the jatie jug but the quality isn’t the best and I was hoping for a good sturdy jug for the price I paid”

“I want to provide a nice review as I am a huge fan of Jatie but it’s been nearly two weeks and I have yet to receive my shipment! A little disappointed although I understand the mailing system right now is not ideal.”

“I love love love the stuff I bought and I love you guys YouTube so much however I’m not sure who this review is going to I hope it’s not public. I didn’t mind paying the $27 of shipping but it was a bit much but then I had to pay over $100 in duties”

“I ordered the tie dye sports bra almost 2 weeks ago. It was supposed to arrive before new years eve and I still have yet to get my package. Kind of disappointed with the shipping and how late it is. The shipping date was a lie. Excited to see the quality though.”

“You were super quick to pack my order after it was placed, but I paid for 2 day shipping and it took almost 2 weeks to get to me. I like the embossed leggings, but the sleek steal water bottle I got appears broken. No water comes up the straw”

“Hi! I actually never received my packages from Jatiebeauty nor J8fit. I’m not sure what happened. I forgot about the makeup since I ordered it quite a while back and still haven’t received the gym gear either! A little disappointed but I don’t know what to do about that. Anyways, I can’t give my honest opinion due to the situation. Thanks.”

“I want to start out by saying that I enjoy watching Jatie videos, so I was excited to support their small business in Michigan. I ordered the wash dye leggings, the duffle bag, and the sport jug. The leggings pattern is really cute, but the material feels kind of cheap for how pricey they are. In addition, they are extremely tight, definitely not true to size, will be returning. The duffle bag is really cute, although it was smaller than what I had imagined from the pictures. Even with that said, I still really like it! Lastly, the sport jug is great. I love that I’ll be able to keep track of how much water I drink and that it has a little carrying strap. Overall, I’m happy with my purchase. The only complaint I have was that I had to pay for two day shipping, like there was no other choice, and then my items didn’t actually ship for nine days. It would make more sense to offer standard shipping and have the expectation of it taking the same amount of time.”
