“I love you guys. But I ordered a creamsicle water bottle when they came out. And I got it loved it and 3 days later dropped it and it broke. So I ordered a new one a blue one. So far so good I love it. But hope when if it drops it won’t break. So I recommend getting better quality things If stuff like that going to happen. It was my first purchase from you guys so that’s why little annoyed with it. But I love josh and caity. I will have to order some cloths here. Maybe the cloths are better.”

“Nice sports jug but the cost of delivery and tax into the Uk was ridiculous so unfortunately I won’t be able to purchase Jatie Beauty products again, which my daughter is disappointed about. The £20 jug ended up costing nearly £60.”

“I ordered a jatie jug and absolutely loved it! However, it broke the first day I used it. It was placed in the fridge at work and someone opened the door and the jug somehow fell out. It rolled some and then literally cracked in half. It was not as durable as i would have hoped. I was so sad about it! I ordered another and am hoping to have a better outcome the second time around. I love Jatie Fam and want to support them, so hopefully this time around i will have a chance to and it will last longer!”

“I ordered my pants over a month ago and have yet to receive them. It’s very disappointing because I know if I got them I would like them. I live in Indiana and the package was coming from Michigan so it shouldn’t have been over a month or even over a week. I wish I could just get some answers. I don’t want to give an awful star rating because I genuinely do not know how the pants fit or look. So I will give 3 stars because I love what Jatie fit stands for. I’m just hoping they make it right so I will become a returning customer! I still haven’t gotten my order.”
