All the packages are picked up by usps but they are weeks behind on processing, there is nothing we can do to make the process any faster.

“I loveeeee your products my family makes fun of me for how much j80 I own but my last purchase I was refunded because it was out of Stock but also received an email that it was shipped....I was told it was because a new shipping lab had to be printed out but I never received the leggings. So I was just very confused and was excited for the leggings”

“All sales were to launch at 9 pm and they didn’t , they released at different times. The sale prices were misleading leading up to the Black Friday launch. We ordered On thanksgiving day and our order hasn’t even moved from Michigan. The stuff is overpriced but my daughter saved her allowance for 4 months to buy this stuff. I hope it’s good quality or it will be returned.”

“It seems that my package is lost in usps. While it’s not their fault, they told me I have to work with usps all on my own if it still hadn’t shipped, and since it’s their package they dropped off, I believe that they should’ve helped me and not expected me to do it all. I don’t think that’s very good customer service.”

“The import tax wasn't mentioned (I live in UK) and therefore I payed almost twice the price for import and shipping than the actual products. However your products are very comfy and I wish I could buy more bit the import and shipping are too expensive so I can't : (”
