“I honestly think the customer service is bad I sent you guys a email asking about a exchange question and got no response I even emailed 2 more times and nothing. Also the sizing is really ridiculous your XL is partially a size medium. You guys really need to make more sizes for bigger girls and not just super skinny ones. And your shipping is a joke. I order 2x and spent over $500 in just sweat pants and simple items. My daughter is obsessed with you guys and the only thing she wanted for Christmas is j 80 merchant that’s the only reason why I went ahead and got it. But I won’t be purchasing again. One and only good thing about my whole experience is the material is really really good almost identical to lululemon so thank you for thank.”

“I haven’t been able to try the clothing on but I’m not a fan of the tracking it’s been over a week and my package is stuck at some facility. And I can’t track it thru anything other than this route app that is given with the shipping information. But other that that I’m super excited to get my stuff!”

“I love the product. It is very beautiful and I love the colors. I am a little disappointed with the quality. The top of the pallette seemed to not be in place because some of it was sticking over the edge and some of it was not covered. There was some eyeshadow on the outside and on the edges of the pallette. There was a black mark in one of the eyeshadows and there is something on the mirror that I can’t get off. Overall, though I love it and it was worth the money. Jatie Beauty did a wonderful job with packaging the product and making sure it wouldn’t break in the shipping process. So, I really appreciated that!”

“I want to first of say I love Jatie Beauty and J80 fit!! However this time that I ordered my shipment took over two weeks to deliver, with Black Friday tho that is okay. However they messed up my order and sent two of the wrong things to me. Not that I don’t love all their product I was just excited to get the new things I ordered”

“I don't have the jaite beauty products yet I purchased them almost two weeks ago and I still don't have them. My package was in michigan for 5 days and now it's in illinois I live in Minnesota and it still isn't even in the state. I'm sure I will love jaities products because I love makeup but this shipping process was too expensive for it to still not be here.”
