“I paid for priority shipping and still it has not been even scanned. It was picked up on the 16th and has of today not moved.. Sadly my Grandaughter will not get the only Christmas present I could afford.. How can I possibly review something I have not gotten and don’t know when it will come.. Cant even get an answer from USPS..”

“Have yet to receive the products I ordered for a Christmas gift. Shipping says that USPS is still awaiting the package I paid 2 day shipping for. I was told by your customer service department to simply be patient. I understand it is Christmas time and shipping is crazy but it should have been more apparent on your site that even 2 day shipping may not make it by Christmas instead of hoping the customer sees it on the rolling board on top of the screen. If it told me that while I was choosing shipping at check out I would have chose the fedex option. Instead my daughter will be disappointed Christmas morning as this was her most wanted gift.”

“I will never order from here again. I cannot get someone to respond to me. I ordered a pink valley sports bra as a Christmas give over a month ago and received shorts last week instead. Nobody will respond and help send me the item that I paid for and now it’s too late to give this as a gift. I’m so upset.”
